I attended a workshop that Kirstin facilitated in 2016, then signed up for her Mastermind Group—such a fabulous experience! Most significant was Kirstin’s guidance and direction as I left a toxic workplace and started my own business. With Kirstin, I experienced a level of healing that no therapy had provided. In 2024 I attended a weeklong retreat that Kirstin co-facilitated on the island of Zakynthos, Greece; again, this experience was deeply transformative. And then this September I attended the Wild & Free Retreat that Kirstin co-hosted with Caitlin Bourassa: I was amazed by their attention to detail and attention to each person. So much love went into their planning, from the farm-to-fork personal chefs to the guided meditations and Rest Class, to each adventure they skillfully planned for us! We are wounded in relationships and therefore we experience healing by being in relationships. The women that Kirstin attracts and chooses to work with are also healers on many levels: deep, intelligent, respectful, compassionate women. “I went to one of Kirstin’s retreats and I was honestly blown away by her skill set. And believe me when I say I was skeptical. Kirstin recently led the most transformative retreat that I have ever been to. The setting was luscious and the activities were life-force propelling (a Temazcal, cold plunge, and ecstatic dance session, to name just a few), but what set this retreat apart from all others I’ve attended is Kirstin’s leadership and facilitation.
